About Us

My name is Gwen Petitpierre and I came about the idea of this site from my own experiences working long hours and looking after two lively children and a home.

I began to look for a place where I could find products and services that didn't cost the earth, but made me feel as though I had paid the earth, to make my home and garden look as good as Icould make it, while being comfortable and inexpensive to both pocket and environment.

I found lots of sites that offered me all the products and services I could ever want or need, but nowhere where I could go to browse a range of suppliers, all in one site.

I spoke to friends and family and they all relayed the same message - after a hard days' graft, who wants to sit online all night, trawling through endless sites to find that one perfect thing? They all agreed that if there was just one site that covered a small range of quality products and services, then they would be far more inclined to spoil themselves and their loved ones.

This site is my attempt to do just that, and I hope the things that help give me a Good Life also provide a Gateway to your Good Life.

I belong to various Affiliate schemes, which is how I can bring information about a variety of products, without spending hours looking for merchants to advertise. I can choose which products and for how long I promote them, without the worry of advertisers dropping off the site.
